PLEASE NOTE:
Reservation/Booking Policy: All bookings must be confirmed with credit card details.
- All bookings require a bond (deposit) to be paid at the time of the reservation. Without a bond, we are unable to make you a reservation.
- The minimum bond payable is equal to one night’s tariff.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
1. No refund with 14 days or less notice on cancellations.
2. Cancellations with over 14 days notice will be refunded their payment less a 25% administration fee.
3. There will be no refund after arrival if your stay is cut short for any reason. Tariff may be subject to change.
4. Payment in full is required on arrival. Arrival time - between 2PM and 6PM or by arrangement.
Minimum bookings for Easter, long weekends, school holidays.
A surcharge applies to all "credit" transactions.
