Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

1. No refund with 14 days or less notice on cancellations.

2. Cancellations within 14 days will incur loss of deposit.

3. Cancellations with over 14 days notice will be refunded their payment less a 25% administration fee.

4. There will be no refund after arrival if your stay is cut short for any reason.

5. Full payment for online booking is required prior to arrival.

6. Minimum three night bookings for Easter, long weekends, Minimum of two night bookings for school holidays.

7. A surcharge applies to all "credit" transactions.
